A sculptural cantilevered design, the infinity pool’s water falls to the earth below, creating a waterfall at Casa Vale Do Lobo, the beyond stunning Southern Portugal home designed by Arqui+ Arquitectura.
Have you ever looked at an infinity pool and just thought, “Wow!” The pool at Casa Vale Do Lobo is truly a piece of art…stunning! And definitely a place I could happily visit and/or inhabit.

Think of the Classic ZeroEdge Aquarium as an infinity pool for your fish. The water seamlessly overflows into the catch basin, below.
I’m not the only one who looks at photos like this and starts to daydream about the possibilities. ZeroEdge Aquarium has taken the infinity concept to, you guessed it: aquariums.
According to ZeroEdge:
As the water overflows the edge of the aquarium, it collects along the “Perimeter Drain Channel” and drains into the sump located in the cabinet below. The water is then pumped back up through returns lines located in the bottom of the tank. The major key to its successful operation is that the water maintains an oxygen rich quality and a magnified crystal clear view. These tanks are interactive and very easy to take care of… No unsightly cords or powerheads to detract from the beauty of the tank.
They also offer a line called the Tranquility Series, aimed at interior design professionals. The tanks can be customized to any size and can be engraved or otherwise embellished to suit any environment.
