Bring The Beauty of Art Outside

If you truly want to make your outdoor spaces feel like an extension of your home, you need to follow the same decorating principles.  That means you need to find some great accessories.  And some fabulous art!

Yes, I said art.  And yes, there is artwork meant for the outdoors that extends beyond statuary or sculpture.

Drifting Up

Leftbank Art uses a special canvas coating to protect its outdoor art from the elements.  A water-based coating is applied to protect the digital print of the picture from fading.  They also apply a matte resistant preservative to protect the art from wood decay.

Outdoor art pieces are water- and UV-resistant and are also designed to withstand extreme temperatures – hot or cold.  Unlike your patio furniture, your artwork can stay outside year round.

Watermark

Leftbank’s outdoor art can take up to four (4) weeks to be designed and shipped.  The timeline applies to both their own pieces and artwork or photos of your own you would like transformed into something suitable for outdoor use.  It also applies to the re-sizing of any canvas to suit your wants and needs.

Eye Candy

Maintenance is simple: gently wipe it down with a damp cloth.  You may use a mild soap but definitely stay away from using harsh cleaning solvent.

In Toronto, Leftbank has a trade only showroom at SOFA Design Centre.  Samples of their outdoor art will be on display at the upcoming CGTA gift show.  Orders can be placed both within the showroom and at the show.
